At Outdoors 2 U, we take pride in the quality of our products. This policy outlines your options if something goes wrong with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns for products that are defective or faulty. If your item has a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us at sales@outdoors2u.com.au within a reasonable time of receiving your order. We will assess your return request and, where the product is confirmed defective, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Exchanges can be made for a different product within the same category (for example, a bar fridge exchanged for another bar fridge).

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our store policy.
